Amazon.com Review
Bake gingermen, snickerdoodles, and chocolate chip cookies on this medium-sized cookie sheet from Anolon. With a raised rim, the cookie sheet adapts for roasting vegetables, baking pizza, and preparing other large objects in need of containment. Crafted in heavy aluminized carbon steel, the pan heats and browns evenly and resists warping over time. A nonstick coating assists in speedy cookie removal and hassle-free cleaning. Equipped with SureGrip silicone handle, the chef can remove the cookie sheet from the hot oven with a secure, ergonomic hold. The cookie sheet sustains oven temperatures up to 500 degrees F. Though dishwasher- safe, handwashing the cookie sheet extends the nonstick surface's efficacy. Made in China, the cookie sheet is covered by a limited lifetime warranty. The cookie sheet measures 14 by 16 inches and weighs 3 pounds upon shipping. --Jessica Reuling

5 out of 5 stars Great Cookie Sheet!   July 1, 2008
Best cookie sheet I have owned. Well made, resists the warping I have seen in other sheets, resists scorching, and even has a helpful little lip around perimeter of sheet to stop cookies from sliding off when removing sheet from oven.

5 out of 5 stars Great cookie sheets   February 6, 2007

I have lived in Europe recently and was unable to use my jelly roll pans and cookie sheets because of the standard size of the ovens there. I purchased these because they would easily fit their ovens. I used them at Christmas and was thrilled at how the cookies came out. I have never used a cookie sheet that cooked such as to have the cookies literally sliding off the cookie sheet without any nudge. If you have a gas oven I would suggest watching the first batch to see the actual time you need in. I accidentally browned the bottom a little too much the first batch. They are more weighty than my other cookie sheets, but that is their only draw back. A true find for the frequent baker.
