Product Description Fudge brownies, macaroni and cheese, crab-stuffed chicken breasts, all made to perfection with the help of your square baking pan. Built to deliver years of dependable service and professional results, this commercial weight pan deserves a place in your kitchen.
Amazon.com Review A perfect size for those birthday brownies, this cake pan is used by commercial bakers for its heavyweight material and traditional uncoated steel. Preferred by professionals, its high-quality aluminized steel is an excellent heat retainer and bakes consistently all the way up the sides of the pan. With the thicker material, you can count on a more lasting durability and less chance of corrosion. It is dishwasher-safe, but if hand washing be sure to use a soft plastic or nylon sponge. Abrasive cleaners or steel wool may damage the quality of your pan. --Madeleine Miller

Simply the best value November 29, 2008 I have been collecting Chicago Metallic bakeware to replace all my old, rusted bakeware. It is great value for the dollar, and gives superior results every time. I will continue adding to my collection.
Sturdy November 22, 2008 I just cooked a Lasagna in this pan and it worked just fine. This is not a non-stick pan but clean-up was very easy. A good pan for everything I even made gravy from a roast in it.
Would recommend for all October 7, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These are some of the heaviest duty pans I've ever used. I bought it as a gift and wish I had ordered another for myself.
Another great Chicago Metallic Product December 3, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This thing feels like a WWII landing craft. It's heavy, not pretty, but it sure gets the job done. This pan could be around long after the end of life as we know it.
Just keep it clean and dry. Don't let it soak in water or you might be sorry. All these products seem to season like cast iron. The more you use them the darker they get and the slicker they feel as the pores of the metal seal. Be sure to use a baking spray or oil and flour to keep the sticking down.
WOW! November 29, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This thing came by rocket ship ordered it yesterday two day delivery. It was here before noon today. Amazon must had a distribution center across the street!
I am so pleased with this pan. I'm waiting for the others to arrive so that I can see how they do with my bread. I cannot believe how heavyweight these pans are. It's obvious quality. I remember my mother having something like this when I was a kid, and I have not seen anything made of this grade of metal at any of the "Cooks Supply". Things will stick to this. So make sure you grease and flour the pan prior to putting your biscuits or bread into it. Let the pan sit for about 2 or3 minutes, give it a shake or two and the bread just falls out. I'm planning on giving myself an early Christmas present and see what other stuff like this I can find.
I know for a fact that these will outlast todays non-stick. I've never been able to get one to last more that 5 or 6 months without failing.
Great buy.
