Product Description Forget those tiny popovers - make giant ones instead using this Chicago Metallic popover pan! The pan is designed so there's plenty of room for the popovers to "pop over" the sides once they bake and begin to rise. The popover pan is made of tin-plated steel and cleans easily in the dishwasher.

pop over November 23, 2008 This makes terrific popovers if you have the right mix. I still need to find the perfect one. We purchased it with some packaged mix that was perfect but have not been able to get it since.
Giant Popovers! June 19, 2008 This is a great popover pan, but be aware that it makes really huge popovers. If you are used to the standard six cup pan, this will use the same quantity of mix. The popovers rise very high, and don't stick, although you still have to grease the pan thoroughly.

Item arrived damaged. The product looked great but it was unusable due to shipping damage.
Mmmm, popovers! January 14, 2008 This popover pan works very well. I've made rosemary popovers in it twice now, and they just fall right out of the pan
Wonderful! It's that good--don't think twice, buy it!! September 23, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Great pan--fits almost any oven (including my tiny countetop convection oven), and makes for the biggest and highest and most lush popovers ever. Great heat conductivity. It's sturdy and cleans like a dream. I have purchased a lot of Chicago Metallic bake ware this summer, and it's all great.
I am SO glad I splurged on this--worth the money!
