Amazon.com Review Look like a pastry pro with this lift-and-serve SweetHeart pan from Chicago Metallic's Gourmetware collection. Designed to make mini heart desserts, the piece is ideal for petite chocolate cakes or Valentine's cheesecakes. You can also use it for baby quiches and baked appetizers. Crafted from heavy-gauge aluminized steel, the comfortably weighty and very durable pan distributes heat evenly so baking is consistent. A nonstick coating combines with removable cup bottoms so the little cakes release easily with even tops, making them perfect for decorating. The pan also has a wide rim for confident maneuvering and cleans up easily in the dishwasher. With 12 cups total, it is great specialty piece for the frequent home entertainer. --Emily Bedard

Great Pan September 25, 2008 This pan worked perfectly for mini cheesecakes. Because I had to make more than 12, after completely cooled I froze the cheesecakes in the pan. After frozen, I popped them out and removed the bottoms so I could make another batch.
Mini Sweetheart Cheesecake Pan August 1, 2008 Timing is everything, and these pans arrived just in time to make the 200 mini cheesecakes for my daughter's wedding reception. They turned out beautiful and delicious! I will be using the pans for future valentine orders and more weddings. Thanks for the timely email Amazon.
Cute results, a PAIN to clean April 9, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This pan makes some very cute little cheesecakes (and other treats from what others have written). I would give it 5 stars if it weren't such a complete pain to clean it. It's very hard to get into the corners and normal sponges and scrubbers are too big. I am still trying to find a mini scrubber that can get in there (a sponge isn't strong enough). If I didn't sell cheesecakes in my business and need to use this pan, I actually wouldn't because it's really that obnoxious to clean.
Chicago Metallic Gourmetware Lift & Serve SweetHeart Pan February 25, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This pan is wonderful! It is a sturdy heavy duty pan that makes individual cheesecakes that are approximately 5-6 bites. The cheesecakes are easy to remove from the pan and it washes really well.
Wonderful portion controlled peach cobbler pan January 19, 2008 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
Originally I bought this pan to make all sorts of fun foods for my toddler (to encourage healthier eating). Well I just modified my favorite peach cobbler (see original & modified recipe below). My dieting friends loved the cute portion control & I loved how easy they came out of the pan. This pan is very solid & durable, plus clean up was a breeze in the dishwasher. They even freeze well (for a quick defrost treat). I can't wait to try other recipes (meatloaf, brownies, quiche perhaps? I plan to buy 2 more heart pans & the other shapes in this styles/by same company.
