this makes the cutest mini-cupcakes! and they come out easily! I especially use them from Halloween through Thanksgiving!

I make a low carb pumpkin cheese cake with an almond crust that is to die for but a real pain to take to parties, etc. This pan allows me to make my specialty in individual sizes perfect for parties and family gatherings. It's also a great way to enforce as little portion control!!
