Product Description Stir-fry your favorite veggies or invent new and delectable dishes with the covered wok. The hard-anodized aluminum construction makes the wok twice as strong as steel for outstanding durability. Perfect heat distribution eradicates hot spots. The patented total food release system, an exclusive technology, takes it beyond other nonsticks. This Hi-Low wave technology also protects it from abrasion and makes it easy to clean. Phenolic Handles are ergonomic for a confident grip. Oven safe to 350F.
Amazon.com Review This 14-inch wok is crucial for stir-frying classic Chinese dishes, such as beef with asparagus. However, it also is great for steaming, braising, saut;eacute;ing, and stewing and can easily become the most used cookware in the kitchen. This Circulon 2 wok is made of heavy-gauge hard-anodized aluminum, which heats foods evenly without hot spots and stands up to constant use at high temperatures. An advanced nonstick coating covers the exterior and interior of the pan to keep food from sticking and staining as with less expensive aluminum woks. The interior also has Circulon's patented Hi-Low grooves, which expose just a small portion of the nonstick surface to cooking so it outlasts many other nonstick formulas. The polished 18/10 stainless-steel lid is domed for capturing moisture during steaming or braising and forms a tight seal against the wok to trap flavors. The two comfortable handles on the wok's sides and one on the lid are ergonomically designed of phenolic plastic, which stays cool on the stovetop and is also oven-safe to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. This cookware is covered by a lifetime guarantee. --Cristina Vaamonde

I use it everyday! September 3, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I had several woks before. None of them I was happy with. I stir fry my food everyday. This wok is light, non sticky, and heated up very fast and even. I am happy with it so far, very easy to use and clean.
Circulon Wok August 1, 2008 I'd used this wok when I cooked at my in-laws' and fell in love. I finally bought one for myself, and I keep singing praise to it every time I use it - which is very often (and not only for Asian inspired food). From a stir-fry to a large batch of caramelized onions to risotto to tomato sauce - this is one of the most used pans in my kitchen. My husband was amazed by how easy it was to clean it after he cooked his sweet potato hash in it. Yes, it is big, but this is precisely what I love about it. I have two nice sets of cookware (Circulon Professional and Wolfgang Puck stainless steel), but I still felt that I needed a bigger pan, and considering that I had such a good experience with this wok, I didn't hesitate (even though I did research other "everyday pans" or large pans, just out of curiosity, but I kept coming back to this one).
We don't have a large family (in fact, there are only two of us), but like I said, I still use this wok quite often and am very happy about this purchase. I can also tell you that it's quite durable, as my mother-in-law has had hers for at least 10-12 years, if not longer.

Heavy and well worth the money! April 21, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I gave all of it as a wedding gift to our daughter. She is waiting to move into her home and does not want to use it until then. But, a couple of her friend who have worked in the food industry used this brand and told her that the products are very good to cook in, well known and respected. They told her to use only wooden or telfon utensils with it.
Quite possibly the BEST cookware around! March 25, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I first encountered Circulon when my mom purchased some at a discount store. She owns this same wok and she seemed to use it for everything. So I decided to purchase this wok for my own. This is the most versatile, easy to clean piece of cookware I have EVER used! I cook just about everything in this wok. It is amazingly non stick. To clean all you need to do is rinse and wipe, that is how easy the food comes off this wok! I have not washed this in the dishwasher, since the hand cleaning is so easy, so I can not comment on how it stands up to that. I am planning on buying more Circulon 2 products very soon! I hate pulling out my ugly scratched Faberware pots and pans now that I have this wok. I know what life could be like with wonderful cookware! Also, the warranty is amazing! My mother had a Circulon pan that the handle broke on. She got in touch with Circulon and they replaced it with no problems. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this wok and all other Circulon products!
