It's really a good pan, not too heavy but you might consider not using it on very high heat. I had an Anolon similar to this which is heavy and I use it to do my eggs and if you leave it for sometime or forgot it on high heat, it won't burn. But still, I uses this a lot because it's light and easy to handle.

I am very happy with the Circulon Skillets I recently purchased. I do not have the problem with food sticking in the pans as I did with the Ultrex cookware. I will definitely order more of this product.

I have a quantity of Circulon products and every time I see "open Stock" at a good price I get them, and this are not the exception. My first Elite product (mostly old ones are "classic") and they perform really good. The price is really good too, specially when obtained with the free-shipping. It beats any local store in my area, of Miami, Florida.
