 Defect in the non-stick coating May 15, 2008

When I received my 8-Piece set, there was a deep gouge in the non-stick coating on the 8-inch Skillet. I tried to return the set for a new one but Amazon replied they would not be able to ship a replacement for another 2 months. I was purchasing this set to replace a worn set of non-stick cookware from another manufacturer. I have decided to switch to steel cookware instead of dealing with non-stick coating problems.

I am really satisfied with this cookware set. The pans heat nice and evenly, the handles stay cool, and the set is very sturdy without being overly heavy. The glass lids are sturdy and well made also. The only thing i'm not in love with is the circular pattern at the bottom. I know this is circulon's trademark but it makes it a little more difficult to scrape food off of the teflon.

I have owned and used this cookware for almost a month now and I absolutely love it!!! Cooks evenly and cleans up easily. For those looking to boil water quickly, this is the product. I owned some stainless cookware before this purchase and it took forever for the water to boil.
The only negative is the set should have included a 3qt pot instead of the 2qt pot.

The pans seem to cook even, So far it look as though the non-stick surface will last many years with out flaking. However the smaller sauce pans have balance problems with the handels. The handels are just to large and cause the smaller sauce pans to fall over before the food it put in. No handels problems with the medium to large pans.

Well worth the money. Cheaper quality sets go for alot more at the stores. Quality construction, even heating. My wife and I are pleased with it and even get compliments from friends when they see the set! Highly recommended.
