Do not care for these pans...the ridges on the inside bottom of pan are hard to clean.

These skillets are the best we have ever used in terms of non stick properties and they are the perfect size for a small family of 2-4. Fast and even heating with easy clean-up even for eggs on the first use. Tada - restores my confidence after the previous Circulon purchase (lousy non-stick properties). Liked them so well, we gave them as gifts knowing we would get positive feedback from the recipients immediately after use.

Before using pans, I noticed the caution that you will damage the pan and void the warranty if you use more than medium heat.

Expected to get junk pans for dirty cooking. They have now become my most use skillets by far! Non-stick is simply the best...eggs don't stick at all, residue can be rinsed away without even touching it with a sponge! Bacon slides off, chicken is easy. These pans get 6 stars in my book. THanks for a great product!!

I ordered this item months ago, only to be told it was back-ordered, and please be patient. Then after waiting several weeks, I was told that they just weren't going to be supplying them at all but thanks for trying.
