This slicer is easy to clean and works well. Great for slicing meats razor thin.

I spent weeks online, in stores and reading reviews researching slicers to find one that would do all that I wanted and would be easy to maintain.
This one does it all. It slices nicely, is easy to use, and cleans up quickly. The blade is easily removed, the other surfaces wipe down easily and the food holder and slider all remove for easy cleaning. It is small enough to fit on the counter next to my toaster oven and is always there when I need it.
The catch tray is a real plus, as it keeps the things I am slicing from dropping all over.
I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a home slicer.

This slicer is well made and so far dependable. We use it in our restaurant to slice Pork and Beef as well as some vegetables. The only drawback is taking it apart to clean ,but thats true of most slicers.
It work very well as a light duty slicer which is all that we needed.
Given the low price and the better than expected quality I would advise anyone who needed it for light duty to buy it with confidence.

I use it just about every week for bread, roasts and other foods. Easy to use, easy to clean. I can finally cut thin and straight!!!

I like this slicer, and am satisfied with the quality and convenience. The power cord retracts, the slicing platform locks for safety, and unlocks completely for removal to clean. The blade comes on and off very easily, with a coin. There is a little tray to catch the meat as it falls. This slicer seems very adequate for home use.
