I gave this as a gift to my boyfriend and he loves it! It's really good for dorm rooms.

I bought this yesterday at Wal-Mart for $17 and some change. I cooked oval-shaped pasta in it last night for a pasta salad and was very pleased with the results, and the ease of use. I haven't seen the infomercials about this cooker, so I was surprised at how much it can do. It has two steamer inserts. I plan to try steaming shrimp in it, with beer in the bottom, and to poach salmon. The cookbook that comes with it has quite a few non-pasta recipes, including a breakfast egg scramble, a corn bread souffle and desserts. I expect to use this cooker quite a lot at home and on camping trips. In my opinion, it's a good value.

It cooks great, but takes some practice depending on your microwave to get all the pasta thoroughly cooked

This product works EXACTLY as claimed. If you follow the directions and your microwave is calibrated correctly, there should be no problems. Clean up is a breeze and you can store leftovers in it as well. This lived up to all the hype and to my expectations. I love it and everything I have used it for has been delicious. Can't wait to try the chocolate cherry cake!
