This set is good looking, works well, and is affordable. What more can you ask for?
 Function Useage June 28, 2007
I purchased the Carving set for functions. The set itself is wonderful but, do not plan on using it for anything on the lines of prime rib or larger as the blade length is too short to get a balanced smooth cut.
