My favorite pan November 9, 2007
I have used this at least once a week for about a year now and I absolutely love it. It heats evenly. Nothing burns. Washes easily. Just a great pan.
Multi-Talented Pan August 31, 2007
This multi-talented pan is a great accessory to have in the kitchen. It's the most diverse pan I've ever used. It's great for cooking large amounts of meat and/or vegetables (including all necessary sauces) with no problem. It's an attractive looking piece, great for presentation. It's quickly become my favorite kitchen pot to use. It has a great weight to it, perfect handling and the lid is beautifully matched to the pan.

I think these are the best pans to cook with. Love the idea that it came with a lid. The pan is easy to clean and use, very good quality, as well as nice looking.
Would make a perfect gift for someone as well.
