This oversized stockpot is ideal for steaming corn on the cob, lobsters and crabs. It's also handy for making stock, soups, and heroic batches of marninara sauce.

5 out of 5 stars Wonderful!   February 18, 2008

This is a wonderful stockpot! It is very heavyweight & I love the fact that the handles are set farther "away" from the pot so I don't burn myself. My sister had one that I had borrowed & by the time I was done using hers, I was ordering my own! I have a glasstop stove & never have a problem with this pot...it has an extremely flat heavy bottom on it. I make lots of soups & never have burned them in this pot. I would recommend this item to anyone.

I paid $59 on Jan 29, 2008. Now it's $84? What's going on? Any way very nice pot. Feels and looks good. I was using it to cook 4 pounds of pasta which it did easily.

5 out of 5 stars Quality Stock Pot   January 24, 2008

This is a very well built, heavy stock pot, as well as very nice looking. It's made of beautiful shiny stainless steel with a thick bottom pad. It is a terrific value, very much worth it's cost. We are so pleased that we are going to order the same pot in the 12 quart size. It was a great purchase!

5 out of 5 stars Beer Brewing Pot   April 27, 2007
Excellent quality and size for brewing your own beer.I needed a pot to boil 2 gallons of water without boiling over. This pot is just what I needed to start making my own beer.

1 out of 5 stars Great stockpot   November 11, 2006

I love this stockpot. It has a nice heavy-duty bottom, so food doesn't burn. The offset handles don't get hot. Great pot for the money.
