Amazon.com Review
This generously sized oven mitt features a pattern of small black and white checks with a stylized relief of traditionally dressed chefs. Made of a poly/cotton blend and featuring durable quilting and a liner of plush cream-colored terry cloth, this oven mitt also has a convenient loop for hanging. Perfect for modern kitchens with black-and-white checkerboard floors, or for '30s-style kitchens with white walls and red cupboard doors, this oven mitt is part of the Image series and can be purchased with its accompanying potholder. --Julie McCowan

4 out of 5 stars Too Hot to Handle.....   April 22, 2001
I recently bought a pair of these oven mitts. What can you say about a pair of oven mitts? Plenty. These mitts are wonderful. Big and roomy they cover your hand well and part of your forearm as well. The soft terry interior is a nice touch. The material is nice and thick and you will not feel the hottest of pans. They are washable. Try carrying a hot pan or washing the cheaper mitts that we normally buy. The black and white color blends in well with any decor. I have them hanging on my fridge next to the stove. They are comparable to high priced mitts for sale in specialty kitchen stores at over half the price. A great value. I high recommend them. Now can someone tell me how to bake?
