I love, love, love this utensil. It's dihwasher safe, heat resistant up to 650 degrees and a true multi-tasker. I use this utensil for making eggs of all types, scrambled, fried etc...; stirring sauces; making stir fry; spreading frosting; and scraping food from bowls. It evens doubles as a spatula for flipping omlettes or pancakes. Besides being multi-functional, this utensil looks great-the picture on Amazon doesn't do it justice- and feels wonderful in your hand. It conforms nicely to the hand and has the perfect amount of weight to it, not one bit flimsy. I own two of these utensils, the orange one and a dark pink one and plan to purchase the chatruese one. This utensil is worth the money. I find I use it way more than my wooden spoons and spatulas. A great product all the way around!
