The best machine December 4, 2006 paslode have made a great machine with no cables or compressors. I made a roof and used 4000 2inch nails and 4000 31/2inch nails. it is alot better than using a hammer. if you look after it u will have it for life.
A Review You Can Trust: Paslode is a GREAT Nailer November 3, 2006 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Not unlike the BETA vs. VHS video tape wars of long ago, I was caught in the PASLODE vs. PORTER CABLE cordless nailer conflict.
I sided with the BAMMER finish nailer about 10 years ago, and while that device is still performing well (tip: buy all the BAMMER fuel cells you can, they are beginning to disappear from the market), I can already tell my PASLODE framing nailer is of superior design.
The PASLODE is POWERFUL, DURABLE, EASY to use and maintain, and a downright PLEASURE to use.
I bought mine for a basement finishing project and it served well; my 16 year old son and I used it every day for weeks, and the lack of an air hose alone made all the difference in the world. I thought it might become a bit heavy during all-day use, but we were passing it back and forth for more than a couple of 12-hour days and didn't give it a second thought.
I can't imagine how we every performed building construction without nail guns, and I feel sorry for those who are bound by compressors and hoses. I HIGHLY recommend the PASLODE framing nailer; buy one and free yourself.
Wicked Awesome Framing Nailer; Who's got a basement to finsih? November 2, 2006 I ordered this Paslode after using a Paslode finishing nailer to install 100s of feet worth of crown molding and base board in my last house. The Paslode Framing Nailer has not jammed once in over 1000 nails, only a few misfires. Its fine for the unexperienced home builder who does not need to lay down 10000 nails a day. I only use the Paslode nails, I have read that other brands jam the gun.
No complaints so far. I'm looking forward to doing a large deck next spring.
Work/Time Saver October 10, 2006 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
After three years of use on several major projects, this item gets 5 stars. Before purchasing, I researched and interviewed several professionals that used the Paslode Impulse Cordless Framing Nailer. I carefully read and understood the manufacturer's technical material. Anyone that does likewise - and knows what to expect before they buy - should be well pleased with this tool. Jobs that once took all day to complete can now be finished in one hour. It's the next best thing to hiring someone to do the job for you. Thanks, Paslode.
Paslode framing nailer August 12, 2006 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I give this nailer 5 stars, it worked just like I thought it would. I read all the other reviews here and I was nervous, but the nailer I got works great, I used it all day today with no issues. I was using 3 1/4 smooth nails framing windows in.
Go ahead buy one for yourself. You deserve it.
