I ordered and received this product 4 weeks ago. It was missing two floor panels so I could not assemble it. I have contacted the company (suncast) twice and both times they have sent me the wrong replacement floor panels so I can not begin installation. It does no good to tell them that they sent the wrong parts or that they obviously have an inventory problem because they do not care. They just keep saying they will ship more parts. No Quality Control. I would recommend to avoid this company's products based on my experiences. I will have to have the credit card company get involved this week to try and get a refund.
