3 out of 5 stars Almost Perfect...   September 19, 2008
Heavier than most knives of this type, wich to me is a plus.
The only thing I don't like is the blade changing system.
Lifting the lever sliding the side up is not the easiest or safest method.
Other brands (Husky..) use a pin that you push in then simply slide the blade out, and a new one in.
That is much better.
Other than that I like it. It only holds 1 blade at a time...

5 out of 5 stars very nice knife   June 7, 2008
Well made knife, if a little big to carry in your pocket.

This knife uses standard sized utility blades, meaning that you'll have no trouble finding what ever kind of blade you want. From super cheap throw away blades, to high quality blades that will last a long time. Because it uses full sized blades, it is a little bit on the bigger side of pocket knifes.

The wood inlay is well done, and the knife certainly has a solid feel. It opens and closes easily and smoothly, and the blade change mechanism is easy to use.

My only thought is that for the size of this knife, they probably could have found a place to store some extra blades, but that's not to detract from how nice this knife is.

5 out of 5 stars Bessey utility knife   April 3, 2008

Fabulous knife I use it everyday at work and it still looks brand new. IT ALSO IS MADE VERY WELL AND HOLDS UP TO THE TUFFIST OF CONDITIONS. I even dropped it several times and it hardly even left a scratch on it. A must for the serious worker or homeowner who needs a good knife.

5 out of 5 stars Looks and Feels great...   February 23, 2008

As soon as I took this bad boy to work it got raves. The wood grain is nice yet not over the top. The metal is nice and sturdy the the lock for the blade is secure. A few guys have said they feel that it is too heavy but I feel that it is safer because you are forced to control the blade more.

Great great product. I'm super happy with it!

5 out of 5 stars bessy Razor knife   January 25, 2008

Seems to be a very high quality lock-blade razor knife. Accepts the standard double ended utility knife blades. Blade can be changed in a matter of seconds and in my opinion more safely than many utility knives out there. In addition, optional hook blades can be purchased making it a good alternative for the expensive skinning knives without the hassle of sharpening blades.
