 Cant go wrong November 4, 2007
this was an excellent item,my origanal battery went dead and it was cheaper to buy the whole reconditioned item from amazon than to buy just a new battery
 Charger is junk March 7, 2007
This is a decent drill, but the charger is junk. My chager lasted for about 10 charges of the battery then died. I have found many others with similar experiences. Unless you plan on upgrading to a better charger, I would stay away.

We have this model and it does everything you would need for around the house projects, but less than six months after our purchase, the battery won't charge and it is now a disposable drill. The replacement battery cost almost as much as this re-furbished unit. The battery is clearly the weakest link for this model. Check replacement cost before purchasing any cordless.
