As a professional woodworker I was enticed by Amazon.com very competive prices. So what the heck, I ordered RS2000 & RP2000 wood shaper cuttter heads. The web catalogue states "items usually ship within 1 to 2 weeks," yeah right. I order the cutter heads on Apirl 6, 2005 and I still waiting for 2/3 of my making the order. I did receive the RS2000 about a month after the "delivery date." However I still waiting for the RP2000. For all you people who aren't woodworkers, the RS2000 cutter head is useless without the RP2000 and rub rings. So I'm now in a bind.
Now these guys keep sending me extentions, which I approve. I need the equipment. However, these guys are about to find out about Massachusetts General law chp 93A. If you guys at Amazon are reading this do your self a favor and give M.G.L.c 93A a read. You'll find you're not exempt and can't use the federal instate commerce act to avoid the law. More imprtantly it has some real nasty teeth.
So ship me my stuff so I can get on with my business.
