Amazon.com Product Description
You love that power paint sprayer for exterior painting; now love it for interior paint jobs, too. Attach this roller to all Wagner Piston Pump and Paint Crew Sprayers, for interior roll-on painting without the worry of overspray. No more back and forth to the paint tray every time the roller goes dry, with the press of a button, paint is distributed from the paint can through a hose to the roller cover for ultra-fast, super-smooth wall and ceiling painting. --Brian D. Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Very impressive high pressure sprayer   July 27, 2008
This little machine really paints the project in a hurry. If you are looking to paint a large area, then the Paint Crew Sprayer is a Must Have item. I painted an eight by sixteen shed inside and out in a couple of hours. And, the coverage was terrific. An older building, raw lumber, and the high pressure sprayer did the job it would have taken days to complete with a brush, in a few hours, including cleanup. Because it is reconditioned, I paid the extra few dollars for the replacement warranty.

3 out of 5 stars Love, Hate   June 3, 2008

In a past review for the Wagner Paint Crew. I gave it 5 stars and a rave review. So I thought that the roller would be just as good. It did speed up the painting process, but trying to control the hose was a horror story. The nylon tubing is so inflexible it started to hurt my wrist trying to control it. After about 10 minutes I thought I made a mistake. I wasn't very happy. Every-time you get to a inner corner or a molding you have to flip the roller so the roller frame doesnt scrape. This is were you have to wrestle with the hose. I know Wagner sells a swivel fitting for the hose. I will buy it, as soon as I find one.
On the other hand, it did apply the paint nicely. And there was no paint spatter or dips on the floor or me.
One other thing, I didn't use the paint crew for some time. I cleaned it as per instructions. And put it away for more than a year. So I figured It was ready to paint with. I loaded the hopper with paint and switched it on, nothing! I had to dump the paint and disassemble it. Not a big deal when it is clean. But it is a mess when it is loaded with paint. The hopper valve was stuck shut. A slight squeeze and it was free. My advice is to disassemble it for a quick inspection after storage. It would have saved me an hour and a lot of clean up.

1 out of 5 stars Difficult to use   June 3, 2008

I bought this item to aid me in painting my house on the outside. It hooks on to the sprayer by its long arm and trying to paint somthing on a ladder with this added roller requires very long arms and a person who has three hands, two to work the device and one to hang on to the ladder. Flat surface painting might be alright but in my case it was no good.

3 out of 5 stars Roller   July 4, 2007

I really like this roller. Once you get used to the pace of how much to "spray" into the roller at a time it's pretty easy. I do not like that you can't add a broom stick like you would a regular roller to paint ceilings or tall walls. You can BUY a "pole extension" from Wagner but that is more than the roller!
