This isn't an 18' pole, it is an 11' pole, but they won't tell you that until it arrives at your door. The distributor labeled the pole wrong, and nobody at Plex supply seems to care. Horrid customer service, overall wretched experience. Taken nearly 3 months to get my issue resolved & it involved me buying a seperate 18' pole & keeping the POS 11' one cause Plex Supply (the Amazon supplier) is absolutely wretched.
