5 out of 5 stars Beautiful Delta Faucet   July 26, 2008
My sister has this faucet and I really liked it.....so when it came time to finish up our remodel project and order a faucet, I went with the Delta Leland. It is very classic, yet modern at the same time. I love the pull down spray feature and comes with a soap dispenser too. Very nice faucet and a very good price.

What a difficult project our kitchen has been. Choosing the right faucet was no easy task either. But I am very pleased with our choice for the Delta Leland we chose. My requirements were simple. One-handed operation, and a sprayer. Ideally I would have preferred a 2-hole model where the handle comes out of the center faucet piece. However, this is very nice 3-hole model.

My favorite feature of this faucet is also my least favorite -- if that makes any sense at all. To change the faucet to a spray, you twist the end until it clicks. It goes from spray/shower to stream and back again. The nice thing about this is that when it is in spray mode, you don't need certain amount of pressure to maintain the spray as you do with other faucet models. I like that. There is a trade-off though. It is more difficult to switch to spray and the clicking action could be more precise. That is my only fault with this faucet.

The soap pump works great. The single-handle is nice quality and also works great. The faucet itself also pulls out to be used as a sprayer as is typical of most faucets today. It works well.

All in all, I'm very pleased with our decision. The price was worth it I think. This was one of the nicest faucets we found in this price range.

5 out of 5 stars Great Faucet!   July 19, 2008
We could not be happier than we are with this facuet. We looked a lot of more expensive models and kept coming back to this one. it has a high arch that perfectly with our kitchen

2 out of 5 stars Beautiful but BIG and difficult to use   March 11, 2008

This is a beautiful and well made faucet, however, it is quite large! Once installed it is just over 14 inches from the counter top to the top of the arc of the faucet. Make sure you want a faucet that big for your kitchen.
I find the pull down sprayer to be a bit difficult to work with. In order to change from a stream to a spray you twist the bottom portion of the head in additon to twisting the head off to pull it down. The pull down head doesn't fully re-engage itself when you release it and it requires that you push it up and twist it to lock it into place.
The faucet swivels 360 degrees, which is nice, however it has a lot of "play" in it, meaning it swivels quickly without much pressure. It only takes a bit more than a gentle nudge and you'll find water streaming onto the counter behind the sink.
The soap dispenser is nice, but it already seems to be a slightly different "shade" of stainless color. I'm a bit concerned that it is going to discolor over time... which is something the stainless shouldn't do.
All in all, this IS a quality faucet, however there are a few practical use issues. If I needed another new faucet I probably would select something else.

I really love this faucet. The built-in sprayer is so easy to use. Paired with the Kohler stacatto sink, it gave our kitchen a much-needed update. The price was much better than that of the local home improvement store, too. I would highly recommend this faucet.
