Installing this faucet was a piece of cake. I had concern about a one hole installation but the unit is well balanced and mounts very rigidly to the counter top. What impressed me the most about this unit is how smooth it operates. The handle operation feels like a well machined piece of work, no stiffness or catches throughout it's range of motion. The head unit swivels effortlessly from side to side. We love the pull-down feature, it is so much better than a separate spray piece. Just pull down and direct the spray without moving the faucet out of the way or occasionally spraying yourself. If there is any problem, it is the soap dispenser. It mounts well and looks very good but the entire unit that you see in the picture snaps on the mounted base. If you push a little to the side instead of straight down, the unit will come off it's base. The pump also has a short plunge distance. A longer stroke wound dispense more soap. Although we find the dispenser not up to par, it still rates five stars. This is an excellent faucet.
