 cute, but probably not for heavy use July 25, 2008
soft, plastic, seems flimsy. Probably not ideal for heavy use. Looks great in our lightly-used spare bathroom. No problems, but I just don't have too much faith

It may seem strange for Amazon.com to be selling a toilet seat. But if you're like me, then you've learned nearly everything you know in the bathroom. Hence, a seat is mandatory. I have the white version, which goes with just about anything. In fact, it's good to get a couple - a backup in case of emergency. I'm a purist, so I like the basic, no-frills model that perfectly unites form and function. But if you're the type who likes a few embellishments, you may want to get one with an optional reading light, and a pencil holder. Those pencils come in handy for you constipated mathematicians out there too. It's also a good idea to get some toilet paper. Amazon has a wide selection of that, too. Some of it even comes in book form, a nice touch for you modest souls and immodest critics.

Very cute, the kids love the design.....however, any toilet lid with plastic hinges is just not very durable. This one hasn't broken yet, but it shifts from side to side one slide hinges.....The sliders keep it from breaking, but allow too much movement in the seat.....
