I own many lights and I do mean many, This one is one of the best. I keep it in my pocket. I have picked up three of this 66318 Led Flashlight. It's that good. you should get your self one. :)

I would say this microstream is one of the best products under $20 that I have ever owned. As an IT professional I spend a lot of time crawling around in wiring closets, server rooms, and even under desks. I encounter a LOT of poorly lit areas during my day. Therefore a a flash light is one of my most valuable tools. I've been using the Streamlight Stylus Pro at my home desk for a long time, and I'm a big fan. I decided that I would try the smaller microsteam as a daily carry light at work. I have not been let down. For a 1x LED, 1x AAA battery light this thing can produce a surprising amount of light for a more then adequate battery life cycle. The size is perfect, right around the size of my middle finger, around 1/2 the size of a normal pen. The button is of the preferable "push to toggle" rather then release to toggle fashion. This allows you to quickly throw some light in an area without leaving the light in "on" mode.
Overall I feel the quality of the construction of the light is adequate. I like the use of metal rather then plastics, the button on this light actually feels better then the button on the Stylus Pro, it doesn't need to be pushed as "deep" to activate the light. The only criticism I can level against the light is the clip design. The clip holds tight to the body of the light to ensure a good grab in your pocket. However when unscrewing the cap this causes the metal clip to scrape against he metal barrel of the light leaving noticeable marks. Not something that bothers me much. Batteries do not need to be changed to frequently and I think it gives it that cool "used" look that proves that it's a tool that's actually used.

It's small, bright, and durable! The only complaint I have is that it is difficult to properly thread when replacing the battery. Otherwise, I highly recommend it!

I carry this light everyday. It takes one AAA battery, is small enough to carry anywhere and bright enough for most needs. I have 2 and just got one for a friend. The switch has been solid and reliable. While not as bright as some tactical lights, the compact size means I will almost always have this with me, and the tactical light will be somewhere else. My first battery lasted nearly 9 months with average use. 20 lumens with a reasonable coherent beam, lets me light up most things at a distance up to 60 feet.
