It doesn't have Newton-meter measurements August 7, 2008 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
I ordered this wrench because it described Newton-meter measurement. Here's a quote:
"Hard-to-find lower torque settings in 3/8" drive; 10-80 foot-pounds (13 - 108 Newton-meters)"
In actuality, it has Ft-lbs and m-Kgs and comes with a conversion chart. Which is precisely the reason why I didn't order the Sunex torque wrench.
This wrench is crap. Use your money to get a better quality brand.
Great tool for the price July 1, 2008 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
The Pro quality 3/8" 10-80 Foot Pound wrench was needed by me as it also does Newton measurements which I need for my motorcycle as everything on it is metric. It handles both. Good product, reasonable price and a handy carrying case to boot.
Homeowners delight June 18, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
For a once-in-awhile use this is a FINE tool. I suspect a mechanic wouldn't want to use it day in a day out, but for the price it's nice to have around.
Torque Wrench May 10, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I am a full time mechanic. I did not feel the need for a snap-on wrench at this time because i needed this wrench for the lower value foot lbs. The wrench works well and is accurate and should last me awhile with heavy use.
Great Value for the Home Mechanic February 18, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Works well. Reading the settings requires my reading glasses, but overall, I am very satisfied.
